I’m the owner and primary instructor of Hands Down CPR. With a background in mental health, I’ve been a certified provider for more than 10 years and opened a training center in 2017. I bring CPR, First Aid, and AED classes to childcare facilities throughout the Greater Sacramento Area to make certifying your staff easy and affordable.
I believe the classroom should be a safe space for folks to learn new things, practice skills, and above all, ask questions! The goal is to increase confidence and competence in the event of a medical emergency.
Meeting California EMSA requirements can be time intensive. You can choose from a full day certification course or break it up into 2 days to meet your staff’s unique scheduling needs. Regardless, we’ll be sure to develop teamwork, improve morale, and increase the competence and confidence of your staff, all while meeting OSHA and EMSA regulations.
