I’M Kara, YOUR cpr instructor
I’m the owner and primary instructor of Hands Down CPR. With a background in mental health, I’ve been a certified provider for more than 10 years and opened a training center in 2017. I bring CPR, First Aid, and AED classes to workplaces throughout the Greater Sacramento Area to make certifying your staff easy and affordable.
I believe the classroom should be a safe space for folks to learn new things, practice skills, and above all, ask questions! The goal is to increase confidence and competence in the event of a medical emergency.
Whether you go for the full classroom option or the flexibility of the blended online option, we’ll be sure to develop teamwork, improve morale, and increase the competence and confidence of your staff, all while meeting OSHA regulations.
